SETnology LLC. is an American technology holding company that specializes in providing on-site and online-related services, which includes custom software for: Screening, recruiting and supplying on-site technicians, provides device repairs, offer educational/informational resources, and a computer networking tools, supplies and accessories e-commerce store.

Our aim is to provide bespoke services, to clients, partners and technicians, powered by our proprietary software and/or software under license.

Strategy Exchange Technology, LLC. was founded in Florida, by Garth Soshahi and Melissha Hanse in September 2019. And Artis Laizans was their first hire, to design the company’s initial SETTechs.com website.

While working in the field, Garth was constantly being asked by clients to find other technicians like himself, and on the other side of the coin, helpers were also asking him if he would take them on as apprentices.

Those repeated requests sparked an idea to create an ecosystem that would recruit, hire, educate, and train, as well as creating an ecommerce store for selling tools, supplies and accessories to technicians.

All of those ideas culminated into creating an umbrella Company, known today as - SETnology, which is a tri-portmanteau of ‘Strategy Exchange Technology’. Furthermore, to reflect how long Garth has been a fulltime network specialist, they decided to renew a company that was form in February 2018, and transformed it into SETnology to best reflect and represent those sentiments.

SET Techs, LLC. - Operates the Get SET™ Portal, which is our exclusive Resource Management Software that Manages client’s service request tickets, Assigns work orders to and Dispatches FieldStaffs.

FieldStaffer - Is our exclusive screening and recruiting software, managed by SET Techs.

SET University, LLC. - Stylized and d/b/a SET U, is our educational and informational resources service.

MyToolSET.com, LLC. - Is our ecommerce store that focuses on selling computer networking tools, supplies and accessories to technicians.
